Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Quipp, a service provided by Eclypsys Sàrl, Geneva, Switzerland (“Quipp”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Quipp.
1. What Quipp does
Quipp turns a short voice note or a few typed words into social-media posts written in your voice, and helps you publish or schedule them to the networks you connect. You review and approve every post before it goes out.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
Quipp offers paid plans (Essential and Pro) as auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. A plan may start with a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, it renews automatically at the then-current price, charged to your store account. Manage or cancel a subscription in your device’s store settings — not by deleting the app. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future periods.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the thoughts you provide and the posts you publish. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your input, generate drafts, and publish to the networks you authorise, solely to provide the service. You are responsible for what you choose to publish and confirm you have the rights to it.
5. AI-generated drafts
Posts are drafted automatically from your input and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or phrasing you did not intend. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing it. Quipp does not verify facts and does not endorse generated content.
6. Connected networks
When you connect a social network, you authorise Quipp to publish on your behalf through that network’s API. Your use of each network remains subject to that network’s own terms. We are not responsible for a network’s availability, changes to its API, or its decisions about your content or account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Quipp to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content;
- violate the terms of a connected network or applicable law;
- send spam or automate abusive posting;
- attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
8. Intellectual property
Quipp, its name, brand, and software are owned by Eclypsys Sàrl. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app — nothing more.
9. Disclaimers
Quipp is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eclypsys Sàrl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content you publish. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Quipp and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with an updated date, and material changes will be signalled in the app. Continuing to use Quipp after a change means you accept it.
